Job Purpose:– Promoting and selling transport and logistics services to companies in Romania and the EU: attracting new customers, strengthening commercial relationships, bidding, signing contracts and organizing transports (end-to-end). Focus on consultative selling: understanding the customer’s needs and proposing optimal solutions.- The role involves organizing complete and groupage transports, as well as building and developing a portfolio of carriers, so that you can quickly deliver competitive solutions for customers.

Main Responsibilities:– Market prospecting and identifying potential customers (Romania + EU).- Contacting clients, presenting services and understanding their needs (consultative sales).- Initiating and managing commercial relationships with clients in the portfolio.- Taking requests, offering them (cost & time) and negotiating commercial conditions.- Organizing full and groupage transports: planning, choosing a solution, tracking until delivery.- Searching and posting goods on exchanges, as well as quickly identifying transport solutions.- Developing and managing the portfolio of carriers (verification, negotiating rates, maintaining relationships).- Efficient communication with colleagues and departments involved to resolve requests and maintain service quality.- Consulting provided to clients (solutions, routes, deadlines, optimizations).- Concluding contracts with clients.- Recording and tracking all information in CRM (pipeline, activities, offers, transport status).
