- Knowledge of domestic and international transport exchange
Job description
- Contact potential clients and present the services offered by the company;
- Maintains relationships with existing customers and offers the best solutions in handling incoming orders
- Process orders received from customers in dedicated programs
- Manage quote requests – calculate costs and prices
- Inform customers about the allocated transportation (estimated delivery dates)
- Monitors the progress of transport
- Identify the optimal transport solutions and communicate them to the client as soon as possible;
