Filip Spedition is an international freight transport company founded in 1991 in Arad. In over 30 years of activity, we have managed to create a sustainable business, with a network of clients and collaborators that have allowed us to develop regardless of the macroeconomic context.

Skills and qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication in English or another internationally spoken language;
• Knowledge of using MS Office package;
• Passion for sales and customer experience in transportation;
• Customer orientation, results orientation, attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team, collaborative working style;
• Knowledge of domestic and international transport exchange 

Job description

• Contact potential clients and present the services offered by the company;
• Maintains relationships with existing customers and offers the best solutions in handling incoming orders
• Process orders received from customers in dedicated programs
• Manage quote requests – calculate costs and prices
• Inform customers about the allocated transportation (estimated delivery dates)
• Monitors the progress of transport
• Identify the optimal transport solutions and communicate them to the client as soon as possible;
