Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a person with hardware experience in servicing IT equipment (e.g. PCs, laptops, printers, betting slots, self-pay equipment, POS, etc.), open to a job that involves 90% field activity.
The job is dynamic, offering autonomy in the activity carried out, the working schedule is fixed, Monday – Friday, 8 hours, offering the possibility of working in a large company, with real possibilities for advancement, a very stable working environment, the emphasis being placed on employee satisfaction.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration and implementation of IT equipment used in retail (e.g. POS systems, electronic scales, label printers, scanning equipment, labeling and packaging solutions)
- Providing post-implementation technical support for hardware equipment and software applications (on-site and remote)
- Preparation of technical documentation for implemented projects
- Holding training sessions for users
- Providing technical support and consultancy to customers
Requirements
- Technical studies (Electronics / Electrical Engineering) – advantage
- Experience in technical support or hardware service activities
- Technical electronic and mechanical knowledge
- English language – intermediate level
- Availability for frequent travel
- Driving license category B
