Job Description
- Escalating incidents, if necessary, and following up on their resolution.
- Knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and IT equipment installation/configuration;
- Knowledge of introducing and managing groups in Active Directory
- Updating and tracking tickets in the system.
- Basic knowledge of IT security and software license management.
