Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service operations and prioritize repair activities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the technical service team.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and technical solutions.
- Verify and approve completed repairs before delivery.
- Prepare service reports and recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth service workflows.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Automation, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with AutoID or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge.
- Leadership or team coordination experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Experience with AIDC equipment such as barcode printers, barcode scanners, PDAs, and mobile terminals.
- Familiarity with leading brands including Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, CAB, and similar solutions is considered a strong advantage.
