Job Description
What skills/knowledge are required?
– Administration and configuration of workstations and servers with Windows, Linux and Apple computer systems;- Scripting/programming (Perl, Bash, etc.);- Minimum electronics skills;- Language skills: English (intermediate level);- Knowledge of configuring Android devices;- Knowledge of assembling/troubleshooting PC/laptops;- Fundamental knowledge of networking and internet operation;- Easy understanding of documentation, technical specifications and operating manuals.Responsibilities:- Participation in the analysis, bidding, design and implementation of IT&C solutions, in accordance with customer requests;- Providing technical/IT support for the company’s customers (remote and/or onsite);- Ensuring the reception, treatment and resolution of problems/events reported by customers;- Installing, configuring and maintaining servers and equipment installed at customers;- Travel with the team in Cluj County and neighboring counties (sporadic delegations to other areas of the country);It is an advantage:- If you are characterized by: responsibility, proactivity, compliance with procedures, ethics, analytical/critical thinking;- Knowledge of Linux / Unix (installation, configuration, administration, etc.) + program compilation;- Driving license cat. B;- Higher education (bachelor’s degree) in the technical field completed or in the process of completion
