Langenics, a company active in the networking and IT solutions market, is recruiting technicians with experience in the IT and telecommunications fields.
The main activities of the position:
- receives and registers complaint tickets;
- resolve malfunctions reported by users of PCs, printers, telephones, etc.;
- monitors the resolution of complaints;
- provides telephone support or travels to users as needed to provide operational and technical assistance
- provides basic training to users;
- activates and deactivates SIM cards and services for GSM phones intended for users
- blocks, unlocks and deletes configurations from computing equipment;
- uses IT systems specific to contact centers (call centers);
- documents the activities performed in the client’s dedicated software
- installs and/or uninstalls IT equipment at the client’s request
- puts into operation and provides technical support for teleconferencing equipment
TRAINING COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS IN THE FIELD
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- AVAILABILITY: Available for travel within Romania
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Driver’s license holder – category B (mandatory)
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level
