LINE MANAGER
Production Department, Belt Factory
Your activities:
- Supervision and verification of the correct completion of forms related to the production process;
- Organization and planning of the production process;
- Supervising and organizing people on production lines;
- Supervision of maintaining the quality standards required by the client;
- Meeting performance indicators for coordinated teams (productivity, scrap, OEE);
- Training and checking operators regarding internal and production standards.
Your profile:
- Secondary education;
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level;
- PC operating knowledge (MS Office Package);
- Person with organizational, communication, teamwork and stress resistance skills.
- Availability to work 3 shifts.
