Job Description
📚 Your roleYou will be part of the sales team and will be responsible for promoting and selling international freight transport services, fully managing the relationship with customers and transport partners.The activity is carried out exclusively from the office (no field work).📚
Main responsibilities
- Promotion and sale of international transport services
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Management and development of the customer portfolio and carrier base
- Providing logistics solutions tailored to the needs of each client
- Negotiating terms of collaboration and maintaining partnership relationships
- Planning, organizing and monitoring transport
- Effective collaboration with support departments for timely service delivery
- Meeting sales targets and performance indicators
✅ Ideal candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in road freight transport
- Sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility
- Professional integrity and orientation towards long-term business relationships
- Very good communication, argumentation and relationship skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken) – advantage
