Previous experience as a machine adjuster, maintenance mechanic or operator in industrial production;Basic technical knowledge in mechanics and equipment adjustments;Ability to set up and adjust machines depending on the type of product manufactured;Attention to detail and orientation towards the quality of the finished product;Skills in identifying and quickly solving technical problems;Seriousness, responsibility and team spirit;Availability to work in shifts is an advantage;Experience in the production of brushes, mops, brooms or other similar products is an advantage.
Job Description
Adjusting and setting production equipment according to orders and technical specifications;Starting, stopping and supervising the operation of machines;Making adjustments to ensure the quality of finished products;Identifying and fixing technical problems that arise during production;Changing molds, components and accessories of machines when necessary;Checking operating parameters and completing production documents;Collaborating with operators and maintenance personnel;Complying with safety regulations and internal procedures.
