The products manufactured at the plant can be used in maxillofacial, spinal, cardiovascular implantology and neurosurgery. We are looking for CNC Operators – electronic machine control.

Requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; Willingness to learn and work on improving productivity; Knowledge of basic standards and requirements for the production of medical products; Ability to perform incoming, intermediate and final quality control of products; Understanding of the principles of measurement and instrumental control; Skills in working with measuring equipment and software; Attention to detail; Responsibility and focus on results.
Job Description
Specific tasks:
Setting up Swiss-type CNC machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Nomura, Takang of various modifications) and monitoring the production of parts (dental instruments, implants …) (Fanuk, Mitsubishi rack). Setting up, adjusting and starting up equipment; Fulfilling production plans; Ability to read and understand CNC control programs (adjusting modes, finding errors)Ensuring uninterrupted production; Carry out incoming, intermediate and outgoing quality control of products; Technical casing of machines; Measuring parts, adjusting dimensions on the machine during the production process; Support of the machine and the workplace in accordance with the established procedure.
