In this position, our future colleague will operate as a maintenance engineer. You will assist the manufacturing team to achieve the agreed performance in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
To work as a member of the manufacturing team and to encourage the development of the manufacturing team for the benefit of the business and individuals within.

Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Hands-on experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Process role
- A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously.
- A highly motivated self-starter and finisher who can work under pressure, but who will not compromise on quality
- Like to bring innovation to your work, while having the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions
- Organized and always pay attention to details
- Have strong analytical and technical skills and can collaborate well with diverse groups of people
- Have Office 365 skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical abilities in production flows, people managing skills,
- Experience with ERPs – Navision can be an advantage.
- Strong level of English both written and spoken

Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Tracking and carrying out the tasks of the company’s maintenance plan
- To carry out breakdown diagnostics, repairs and corrective maintenance
- To carry out maintenance checks and remedial repairs as defined by the Preventative maintenance systems.
- Contribute to the development & implementation of the preventative maintenance system
- Ensure engineering stores levels are maintained and reordered
- To ensure that the production plan is achieved
- Work closely with production to evaluate problems, implementing remedial solutions.
- Propose improvements to the production process
- Monitoring and reporting on the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
- Keeping tools and equipment operate accurately by following requirements and calling for repairs
- Perform and document corrective action, including follow-up monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the corrective action.
- Make reports requested by the technical maintenance manager linked with his work.
- Take an active role in the continuous improvement of machinery and process systems
- Increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of overall product quality
- Setting parameters for production equipment in frames and injection departments
- Participate in the internal validation of manufacturing processes with production and support team and project manager.
- Responsible for observing the operation of the machines in accordance with the technical book.
- Provide reports on variance from standard on process, material, problem solving.
