Kayus Group is looking for a Hotel General Manager to operationally coordinate one of the most ambitious hotel projects in Romania:
Kayus Luxury 5★, an exclusive mountain resort, is to be completed in Busteni this year. The future manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and a premium guest experience, coordinating the activity of all departments within the complex: hotel, spa & wellness, events, conferences and related services. The role requires leadership, strategic vision and a deep understanding of hospitality standards in the luxury segment.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in hotel management or operational management in Horeca
- • Experience in coordinating a hotel or hotel complex is a major advantage
- • Solid understanding of premium/luxury hospitality industry standards
- • Experience or familiarity with spa & wellness, events or conference operations
- • Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills
- • Orientation towards performance and guest experience
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Operational Management• Coordinates the daily activity of the hotel and all operational departments• Ensures compliance with premium standards of service and guest experience• Monitors operational performance and efficiency of internal processes
Guest Experience• Creates and maintains high standards of customer experience• Manages guest feedback and implements continuous improvement solutions• Ensures that each experience offered is at the level of a 5-star hotel
Team Coordination• Leads and develops teams in the hotel, spa & wellness, events and operations departments• Recruits, motivates and develops staff to maintain a culture of excellence
Development and Performance• Monitors performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, customer satisfaction)• Actively contributes to the development and positioning of the hotel in the luxury segment• Collaborates with the management team for the strategic development of the project.
