Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience in team coordination and operational management
- Experience in a higher education institution is an advantage;
- Experience in implementing European projects – professional training courses is an asset
- Attention and concentration capacity
- Ability to prioritize daily activities based on importance and urgency
- Thorough knowledge of PC operation (advanced MS Office – Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Ability to work independently, coordinate, analyze, decide and synthesize;
- Very well-organized, dynamic, serious, conscientious, punctual, responsible, attentive to details, proactive, good communication skills;
- Basic accounting knowledge;
- Ability to work under stress and availability to work overtime when necessary
- Driving license – advantage;
- Ability to think “out of the box”;
- Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level
- Graduated from higher education, preferably in Mathematics, Management Accounting, Statistics;
- Autonomy and the desire for continuous learning
- Good organizational and activity/team coordination skills

Job Description
Performance Monitoring and Activity Coordination:
- Analyzing the daily, weekly and monthly performance of the subordinate team and the activities of the entire association.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
- Managing the ARPI Secretariat team, including recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating teams.
- Planning and allocating the resources necessary to carry out activities.
- Creating a motivating and collaborative work environment.
Process Optimization:
- Analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Implementing new processes or technologies to increase operational efficiency.
- Monitoring implementation and adjusting processes as new needs are identified.
Budget and Ongoing Project Management:
- Creating and tracking the operating budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with financial objectives.
- Evaluating costs and identifying savings opportunities.
- Preparing periodic financial reports for senior management.
- Planning and coordinating internal projects to ensure compliance with deadlines and established objectives.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting their status to senior management.
