About us
Liliac is a boutique winery in the heart of Transylvania, recognized for its modern, expressive wines and the authentic experiences it creates around wine. At Liliac, wine tourism is more than just tastings — it’s about people, stories, atmosphere and memorable moments.
We are looking for a colleague to become the host of Liliac experiences and contribute to the development of our wine tourism department.
What will you do?
- You will manage reservations for visits, tastings and experiences at the winery
- You will support wine tastings and presentations of the winery – in collaboration with production colleagues
- You will collect fees related to tastings and tourist experiences
- You will keep track of stocks and manage products in the hospitality area
- You will manage the wine shop within the winery

- able to work both independently and in a team
Qualifications & skills
- experience in the wine industry, hospitality, tourism or HoReCa is an advantage
- good communication and presentation skills
- English language skills (conversational level)
- operate PC
- availability to work on weekends, depending on events and bookings
- permit category B

Salary package : 3000 – 3500 lei NET + bonus from receipts
