Job Description

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and distribute team members efficiently;
• Provide training, support and feedback to team members;
• You manage raw materials, check product quality;
• You ensure that work standards and procedures are respected;
• You ensure that performance indicators are met;
• You ensure that the company’s objectives are achieved;
• You travel to locations in the area, respecting the established schedule.
