Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and distribute team members efficiently;
- Provide training, support and feedback to team members;
- You manage raw materials, check product quality;
- You ensure that work standards and procedures are respected;
- You ensure that performance indicators are met;
- You ensure that the company’s objectives are achieved;
- You travel to locations in the area, respecting the established schedule.
