What You’ll Achieve
- As a Manufacturing Line Planner, your success will be measured by your ability to improve processes, boost productivity, and ensure smooth industrialization for new and existing products. You will:
- Drive Operational Efficiency
- Lead optimization initiatives using tools such as value‑stream analysis.
- Deliver process improvements that reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Build & Optimize Production Lines
- Plan and implement production processes for both current and future product generations.Create production plans, process flows, layouts, and conduct line balancing for efficient workflows.
- Enable High‑Quality Industrialization
- Coordinate sample builds and ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of PFMEA and Control Plans to secure process stability and reduce risk.
- Empower Production Teams
- Train colleagues in essential planning and optimization methods to strengthen plant capabilities.
What You Bring
- You’ll succeed in this role if you can combine technical expertise with analytical thinking and a hands‑on approach:
- Degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1+ year experience in an electronics production environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English is a must; German is a plus.
- Process‑oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
