The Baia-Mare Dialysis Center , operating with the support of the prestigious German brand B. Braun , is looking for healthcare professionals to expand its team, in the position of Medical Assistant .
General responsibilities
- Supervising the proper conduct of dialysis treatment, from the preparation stage of the room and equipment to the patient disconnection procedure;
- Connecting/disconnecting the patient to/from the dialysis machine;
- Measuring, verifying and maintaining control of specific parameters: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.;
- Applying specific procedures, upon request and with the help of doctors and colleagues: EKG, oxygen therapy, etc.
- Respect and application of hygiene procedures during all activities carried out in the center;
- Administering medication prescribed by doctors, ensuring proper registration;
- Filling out specific forms: dialysis protocol, medication introduction, necessary materials, consumables and medicines, other statistical data, etc.;
- Active participation in the process of continuous patient training regarding the Code of Conduct and the hygienic-dietary regimen;
- Pays attention to and contributes to the development of relationships with patients and their families, with the general goal of providing moral support and psychological balance.
Requirements
- Post-secondary school of health care / University College of General Medicine / Faculty of Nursing with valid Free Practice Permit;
- Open, active and communicative person;
- Good organizer;
- Empathetic attitude;
- User of computer programs (Excel, Word).
