Job Description
- Conduct Independent Medical & Scientific Review of Promotional Materials
- Ensure Scientific Accuracy, Compliance, and Regulatory Alignment of Content
- Review and Validate Scientific References Supporting Promotional Claims
- Ensure Materials Align with Product Circulars / Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC)
- Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and Commercial Teams
- Support Medical Affairs and Country Medical Directors as Subject Matter Expert
- Review Materials Intended for External Customers and Field Force Training
- Ensure Promotional Content is Clear, Balanced, Non-Misleading, and Audience Appropriate
- Document Review Decisions in the Appropriate Systems and Maintain Compliance Records
- Monitor and Apply Updates in Pharmaceutical Regulations, Policies, and Industry Standards
- Participate in Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Identify, Escalate, and Mitigate Medical and Compliance Risks in Promotional Materials
- Ensure Compliance with Company SOPs, Ethical Standards, and Local Regulations
- Support Development and Implementation of Innovative Medical Review Solutions
- Maintain High Standards of Scientific and Ethical Integrity in All Review Activities
