Ideal Candidate
The activity involves making molds from scratch, as well as adjusting and reconditioning existing molds. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of technical drawing and is familiar with the use of specific measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, comparators, etc.), to ensure the accuracy of the parts made. Candidates with experience or exposure in the field of molds, regardless of their type, as well as people who are just starting out but with a solid technical foundation will be considered.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of technical drawing
- Experience in using measuring equipment
- Knowledge of control instructions
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the field
- Qualification certificate/diploma.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operates and supervises machines and equipment intended for performing moldmaking operations
- Operates machine tools within established deadlines in accordance with quality and quantity requirements in technological documentation to meet customer needs
- Performs appropriate repairs and modifications to various parts
- Performs specific moldmaking operations for the execution, repair and appropriate modification of various parts according to the technical documentation received (materials bill, drawings bill, execution drawings)
- Check the working condition of the molds
- Performs surveys for defective parts

- Meal vouchers: working days per month * 40 lei – approx: 800 lei/month
- Easter bonus: 550 lei (300 lei gift vouchers + 250 lei for employees who have been with the company for at least 3 months; the value of the gift voucher may increase to 350 lei if the deductible ceiling increases, implying an increase in the total value of the bonus to 600 lei net)

- First child up to 18 years old: 200 lei/child (gift vouchers – June 1) and 200 lei/child (gift vouchers – Santa Claus) (for employees with at least 3 months of service in the company)

Schedule: 2 shifts (shift I: 06:00-14:30 / shift II: 13:45- 22:00)
