We are looking for a colleague for our team, in the role of National Transport Agent.
Our logistics point in Ghiroda, Timiș County, is expanding, and in this context, we want to expand our team.
The activity is carried out exclusively from the office.
We do not provide transportation to the location (we offer partial fuel reimbursement).
2-shift work schedule:
- 05:00 – 14:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing domestic freight transport;
- Establishing routes and optimizing loading (distribution, truck volume/capacity);
- Monitoring of transports and intervention in case of any problems;
- Maintaining contact with drivers throughout the transport;
- Collaboration with loading/unloading points;
- Verification of transport documents (CMR, transport plan, invoices);
- Ensuring compliance with cargo loading and unloading procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with various partners (subcontractors, drivers);
- Proactive attitude, openness and desire to learn;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Experience in using TMS systems;
- Distribution experience – minimum 2 years;
- Experience in the field of transportation;
- Average level of English;
- Experience in a logistics warehouse – advantage;
- Driving license – mandatory.

- Salary depending on experience and involvement: 6837 lei gross – 8548 lei gross
- Fuel discount – 300 lei/month;
