The Targu-Jiu Dialysis Center, operating with the support of the prestigious German brand B. Braun, is looking for healthcare professionals to expand its team, as a Nephrologist Specialist.
About the role
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible and patient-oriented Nephrologist to join the medical team at our dialysis center. The role involves active involvement in the care of dialysis patients, treatment monitoring, interdisciplinary collaboration and adherence to the highest professional standards.
General Responsibilities
- Medical supervision of dialysis patients and adjustment of treatment depending on the clinical condition.
- Assessing patients before and after dialysis and monitoring symptoms during treatment.
- Establishing dialysis parameters and following up on clinical and paraclinical investigations.
- Managing emergency medical situations and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
- Correct and timely completion of medical documents and the center’s information systems.
- Educating patients about kidney disease, diet and treatment adherence.
- Close collaboration with the chief physician, psychologist, dietitian and nurses.
- Participation in professional training programs and compliance with medical standards and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Higher education – graduate of UMF, nephrologist specialist (valid CMR + ALP)
- Preferably at least 1 year of professional experience in dialysis
- PC operating skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP system)
- English language skills (min. intermediate level)
- Responsibility and professional integrity
