Your role in brief:
You will be the “architect” and guardian of our digital infrastructure. You will ensure that our networks are fast, secure and always available to support Hexalab’s ambitious projects.
What will you do:
● Design and Implementation: You will configure and maintain the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
● Security: You will implement and monitor security solutions (Firewalls, IDS/IPS) to protect our precious data.
● Troubleshooting: You will be the “detective” who quickly identifies and resolves any connectivity incident.
● Maintenance: You will manage the equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.) and ensure the necessary updates.
● Monitoring: You will track network performance and propose scaling solutions before they become necessary.
What we are looking for in you:
● Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.
● Technical knowledge: You master network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
● Certifications: CCNA/CCNP is a major advantage (but hands-on experience is sacred).
● Operating Systems: You are comfortable in Linux environments.
● Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex technical issues in layman’s terms and a proactive attitude.
