Job Description
We are looking for a colleague for the position of
Operational Manager of Cleaning Services Bihor.A person eager to learn and:
- Have computer skills: Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Experience in supervising a medium-sized team (> 40 employees)
- Graduate, minimum secondary education
- Availability for mobility (field work/at the premises of service beneficiaries) and flexible schedule
- Possession of a category B driving license (mandatory)
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but we invite all individuals who wish to create or recreate a career to apply and we will consider one or more of the following aspects as advantages:
- Professional experience in supervising a team – min. 2 years
- Knowledge of legislation regarding employee administration (hiring, modifications, termination of employment contracts)
- Ability to teach and train others to operate and maintain equipment and chemicals according to instructions for use
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ability to plan activities and adhere to budgets
- Communication skills and management of contractual relationships with the company’s clients

We expect you to be part of a successful team.
You will be in charge of organizing the activity in the assigned work points/areas, in accordance with the requirements imposed by the service contract concluded with the beneficiaries, you will ensure the quality of the cleaning work, the stock of hygienic and sanitary materials as well as their appropriate storage.
You will ensure the functionality of the spaces for the subordinate employees to carry out their activities (supplying them with work equipment, utensils, hygienic and sanitary materials, necessary cleaning products), as well as the allocation of personnel to the work points, managing their travel to the beneficiaries’ headquarters.
You will train subordinate employees on rules and regulations, how to work with the equipment and machinery entrusted for work and on the method of use and characteristics of cleaning products according to the instructions for use.
You will participate in the examination of suggestions, requests, complaints related to specific problems of the cleaning service and you will discuss them with the clients for a quick resolution.
You will be your team’s interface with the employer, being responsible for preparing monthly timesheets, transmitting information and documents to and from the human resources, payroll, SSM&PSI department.
