To support the Backend Area II department in Timisoara , we are looking for a Backend Operator who can face the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Activities:
- Operates, monitors and sets machines according to work and process instructions;
- Corrects loading errors;
- Identify and report problems that arise;
- Monitors production status and ensures that products are delivered according to priority order;
- Performs inspection of components and finished products in accordance with the product data sheet;
- Checks the produced parts according to the test plan and documents the results;
- Notify the shift supervisor if there are any problems or deviations from specific work instructions and standards.
Profile:
- Secondary education or comparable professional training;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a plus;
- Availability to work in shifts;
- Good communication and willingness to learn;
- Very good analytical skills, teamwork skills.
