We are looking for an organized, responsible and medical and pharmaceutical activity-oriented
Pharmacy Assistant , for work within the hospital’s closed-circuit pharmacy.
The ideal candidate:– holds specialized studies;- has a valid OAMGMAMR certificate and malpractice insurance;- has good PC operating knowledge (MS Office);- is organized, attentive to details and able to prioritize activities;- has good communication and teamwork skills;- experience in a closed-circuit pharmacy is an advantage;- presents seriousness, responsibility and results-oriented.
The activity involves:– managing and organizing pharmaceutical products;- receiving and registering products in the system;- collaborating with the head pharmacist and the medical team;- complying with internal procedures and regulations specific to pharmaceutical activity.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts (day);
rotation: 2 working days / 2 days off;
stable schedule, planned in advance.

Affidea Hospitals Sfântul Sava is hiring
a Pharmacy Assistant for activity within the hospital’s closed-circuit pharmacy.Location:Pantelimon, Ilfov County – Str. Cozieni no. 2Landmark: near Selgros Pantelimon, on the Brănești (DN3) direction.
Responsibilities:– ensuring, together with the head pharmacist, the supply, reception and storage of products;- receiving products and registering them in the system;- ensuring optimal storage conditions for medicines;- issuing medicines and parapharmaceutical products according to internal documents;- compliance with internal procedures and norms specific to pharmaceutical activity.
Work schedule:
activity in 12-hour shifts (day);
rotation: 2 working days followed by 2 days off;
schedule established according to the internal schedule.
