Job Description
- – Mounting, dismounting the molds and ensuring their protection and integrity;
- – Adjusting the injection parameters according to the settings sheets;
- – Ensuring the proper functionality of the injection machines;
- – Checking and supervising the safety elements of the injection machine and auxiliary (peripheral) devices during operation;
- – Following the work plan in accordance with the production organization;- Monitoring the proper functionality of the equipment and product conformity during the injection process;
- – Permanently collaborating with the quality control service, operators and logistics of the section, timely intervention on the injection process for remedies whenever it is reported by them;
- – Analyzing the causes of the malfunctions, informing and collaborating with the quality department and taking all necessary measures, including changing the injection parameters;
- – Notifying any defects that may occur in the operation of the equipment or peripheral devices of the injection machine, as well as carrying out emergency repairs as soon as possible or notifying superiors about their occurrence;
- – Tracking and taking measures to block the non-compliant product.
