- Experience in plastic injection molding – advantage, but not mandatory (we accept junior candidates with a technical background, e.g. operator)
- Knowledge and experience in machine adjustment, mold change

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and desire to improve
- Resistance to physical work and working in low temperature environments (9–10°C)
Job Description
📌 Job Description:We are looking for Plastics Adjusters to adjust and monitor plastic injection machines in a modern production facility.Main responsibilities:
- Adjusting equipment to optimal operating parameters (temperature, pressure, time)
- Changing molds and preparing them for production
- Monitoring the production process and machine operation
- Collaborating with the quality control department to check products
- Parameter adjustments to reduce scrap and ensure product compliance
- Compliance with the production plan and internal procedures
- Identifying and reporting technical or quality issuesCritical priorities and KPIs:
- Waste reduction
- Respecting cycle times Minimizing unplanned stops
