Kingzon is launching a new production facility in Pitești and is offering an opportunity for the position of PMC Specialist to manage production planning, capacity planning and material requirements planning for our cookware manufacturing operations in Romania.
The role ensures alignment between raw material supply (imported from China), production capacity and EU market demand, supporting efficient production and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 2–4 years experience in production planning, MRP or supply chain planning in manufacturing
- Experience coordinating imported raw materials or international suppliers is a plus
- Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning and inventory control
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Production & Capacity Planning
- Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production plans
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze production capacity (equipment, manpower, processes) and identify bottlenecks
- Support production efficiency improvements and optimize capacity utilization
Material Planning (MRP)
- Create and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on production plans and BOM
- Coordinate with procurement to track raw materials imported from China
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods
- Prevent stock shortages or overstock and optimize inventory turnover
Coordination & Supply Chain Support
- Work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, sales and import/export teams
- Track production and material supply to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and analyze production and material data to support decision-making
- Support continuous improvement of production planning and material management processes
