RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes and monitors customer forecast reliability. Develops an adequate understanding of customer’s requirements and needs in order to adjust and improve forecast reliability;
- Checks and analyzes orders received. Controls the inputs/outputs of finished products and performs the necessary adjustments in the information system;
- Validates the production schedule during the week divided by orders and customers;
- Performs control of sales according to the section of wires, customers or missing wires;
- Issue weekly and monthly reports;
- Shows the conclusions inventory stocks, finished products and commodity stocks to customers;
- Prepares, communicates and reviews Logistics KPI’s in terms of output products, and consequently defines plans to continuously improve processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Transport Management or Transportation Administration);
3 years in a similar position in the industrial field; - English – Advanced (writing, reading, speaking);
Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM and ERP - Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Ability to plan and organize operations and activities;
Ability to analyze, synthesize and be attentive to details;
Being prompt in fulfilling the tasks and assuming responsibility for them;
Integrity, self-control, cooperation, tact, seriousness.
