- secondary education;
- Higher technical education (an advantage);
- good command of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, but also MS Teams and the suite of tools specific to online collaboration);
- knowledge of English (an advantage);
- knowledge of or openness to learning continuous improvement methodologies (an advantage);
- experience in coordinating industrial production lines (preferably experience with at least partially automated production lines) and subordinates (an advantage);
- experience working in SAP/ERP management systems (an advantage);
- knowledge of technical drawing (an advantage);
- general maintenance knowledge (an advantage);
- category “B” driving license (an advantage).
Job Description
The vacant position is open within the Production Department of the Weber Branesti Factory, the incumbent will carry out his/her activity within the Weber Factory in Branesti, Ilfov County.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- participates in establishing the production plan;
- is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative implementation of the production plan;
- monitors and prepares the daily production control sheet;
- carries out the delivery and receipt of additives and empty bags, according to the procedures in force;
- centralizes the verification of the weight of the bags at the bagging machine and the weight of the pallets;
- prepares and submits the Production Delivery Note according to the palletizer counter;
- respects and follows 5S rules in production;
- organizes and coordinates autonomous, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities;
- monitors working conditions within the Production Department;
- prepares the timesheet of subordinate employees;
- is involved in the recruitment and selection of staff under his direct supervision;
- carries out performance evaluations for subordinate employees;
- supervises and reports any aspect that may lead to work accidents;
- informs the direct superior about any event that may affect the department’s objectives;
- prepares the appropriate forms (Quick Kaizen, OPL) for problems that arise, according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards;
- actively participates in continuous improvement projects;
- regarding interpersonal relationships:
- execute accurately and on time the instructions given by the direct superior related to his/her work tasks;
- informs the direct superior of any irregularities found;
- is actively involved in creating a professional work environment within the Production Department, taking into account the company’s Principles of Conduct and Action.
