Higher education in civil, industrial or engineering construction.Proven experience in managing multiple construction sites simultaneously.Solid knowledge of estimating, financial control and budgeting of works.Knowledge of construction regulations and legislation (Romania).Leadership and effective communication skills.PMP certification or recognized equivalent.Experience in large-scale civil projects (infrastructure, utilities).Software knowledge: MS Project, Primavera or similar.Knowledge of estimating software (Expert Estimate, ARES, etc.)Experience with institutional beneficiaries / European funds.
Job Description
- Site coordination
- Simultaneous management of 3–5 residential and civil construction sites, ensuring compliance with execution schedules.
- Planning & monitoring
- Preparation of execution plans, physical status tracking, periodic reporting to management.Quality & compliance
- Ensuring compliance with technical regulations, quality standards and occupational safety requirements.Cost control
- Preparation and tracking of budgets per construction site, quote analysis, identification and management of financial deviations.Team & subcontractor coordination
- Management of work teams, negotiation and monitoring of subcontractors, optimal allocation of resources.Beneficiary & designer relations
- Direct communication with beneficiaries, designers and authorities; management of unforeseen situations
