We are looking for an organized, responsible and results-oriented
Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of technical projects from the Urbio portfolio, smart solutions for public lighting, urban infrastructure and Smart City technologies.You will work in a dynamic environment, alongside engineering, procurement and logistics teams, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the technical and operational standards defined by each project.If you have experience in managing technical projects and want a professional evolution in an innovative company, we want you on the team.
The ideal candidate
- Higher technical education (Engineering, Electronics, Energy, Construction – is an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management, installations, electronics or similar fields.
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize and assume responsibilities.
- English language – intermediate level (advantage).
- ANRE authorization – is a plus.
- Category B driving license – mandatory.

Main responsibilities
Project planning & organization
- Planning and management of all activities and resources necessary for project implementation.
- Monitoring progress and adapting the work plan according to priorities and deadlines.
- Ensuring effective communication between all departments involved.
Operational coordination
- Preparing and obtaining the technical documentation necessary for projects.
- Establishing, planning and launching orders for materials and equipment to subcontractors.
- Supervising the execution of the works and ensuring their quality until final acceptance.
- Monitoring project budgets, deadlines and performance indicators.
Relationship with subcontractors and suppliers
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors.
- Ensuring optimal collaboration with equipment and service providers.
- Carrying out technical and financial selections for implementation partners.
Relationship with beneficiaries
- Maintaining communication with clients throughout the project.
- Clarification of technical requirements, installation stages and status of works.
- Ensuring project delivery to beneficiary standards and expectations.
