Requirements
– Higher technical education (electrical, mechanical, energy engineering or similar);- Minimum 3 years of experience in operation/maintenance in the renewable energy sector is an advantage;- Proven experience in coordinating field teams and technical projects;- Knowledge of the functioning of SCADA systems;- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills;- English language – advanced level (technical and conversational);- Category B driving license – availability for travel.

Role Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to take the reins of operations and maintenance (O&M) for a mixed portfolio of energy assets. You will be responsible for maximising asset availability and energy yield, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Main responsibilities:
-Planning and supervising corrective and preventive maintenance activities for wind turbines/photovoltaic parks/transformer stations and storage facilities;- Launching, planning and following up on projects;- Developing work plans, establishing budgets and allocating resources;- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency;- Identifying and managing technical and operational risks.- Collaborating with manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers and the network operator;- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions;- Continuous communication with internal departments (HSE, logistics, finance), end customers and competent authorities;- Preparation of periodic technical and financial status reports;- Auditing of processes and field interventions;- Complete documentation of activities in maintenance and reporting systems;- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and local regulations on occupational safety and the environment.
