PVC Joinery Production Line Manager

Responsibilities

Production organization

• Organizes and coordinates the work of operators on the production line.
• Ensures compliance with the daily production plan.
• Distributes tasks to operators according to production flow.
• Monitors the pace of work and intervenes to eliminate blockages.

Quality monitoring

• Verify compliance with quality standards for manufactured products.
• Ensures that products comply with technical specifications.
• Identify and report production nonconformities.
• Collaborates with the quality department to fix problems.

Team management

• Coordinates, trains and motivates line operators.
• Monitors discipline and compliance with work procedures.
• Participates in the performance evaluation of subordinate staff.
• Proposes measures to improve team productivity.

Use of machinery

• Ensures that machinery is used correctly and safely.
• Report any technical malfunction immediately.
• Collaborates with the maintenance department to repair damages.

Efficiency and productivity

• Monitors line performance indicators (productivity, scrap, downtime).
• Proposes improvements to optimize the production process.
• Reduces material losses and downtime.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum secondary education, preferably higher technical education;
• Professional experience: minimum 2 years in industrial production in the production of wooden or PVC carpentry / windows and doors;
• Solid technical knowledge of the PVC production process;
• PC Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Leadership and coordination;
• Responsible, analytical, proactive, results-oriented thinking, to review systems, find defects and propose solutions for them; Analytical skills – the ability to analyze data, incident reports and non-conformities to identify causes and solutions;
• Ability to operate within deadlines while adhering to standards;
• Advanced knowledge of English is an advantage.
