Responsibilities
Production organization
- Organizes and coordinates the work of operators on the production line.
- Ensures compliance with the daily production plan.
- Distributes tasks to operators according to production flow.
- Monitors the pace of work and intervenes to eliminate blockages.
Quality monitoring
- Verify compliance with quality standards for manufactured products.
- Ensures that products comply with technical specifications.
- Identify and report production nonconformities.
- Collaborates with the quality department to fix problems.
Team management
- Coordinates, trains and motivates line operators.
- Monitors discipline and compliance with work procedures.
- Participates in the performance evaluation of subordinate staff.
- Proposes measures to improve team productivity.
Use of machinery
- Ensures that machinery is used correctly and safely.
- Report any technical malfunction immediately.
- Collaborates with the maintenance department to repair damages.
Efficiency and productivity
- Monitors line performance indicators (productivity, scrap, downtime).
- Proposes improvements to optimize the production process.
- Reduces material losses and downtime.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum secondary education, preferably higher technical education;
- Professional experience: minimum 2 years in industrial production in the production of wooden or PVC carpentry / windows and doors;
- Solid technical knowledge of the PVC production process;
- PC Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Leadership and coordination;
- Responsible, analytical, proactive, results-oriented thinking, to review systems, find defects and propose solutions for them; Analytical skills – the ability to analyze data, incident reports and non-conformities to identify causes and solutions;
- Ability to operate within deadlines while adhering to standards;
- Advanced knowledge of English is an advantage.
