Qualifications
- Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years in a similar function, if possible, in an international and/or automotive company
- Strong knowledge of quality processes, procedures, and standards (e.g., PPAP
- Experience with product inspections, internal audits, and nonconformity management
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation
- Strong collaboration skills to work with engineering, production, and suppliers
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations
Job Description
Some responsibilities you’ll cover
- Implement and maintain quality processes in line with Automation standards, including testing, reporting, and problem-solving frameworks
- Ensure quality procedures, checks, and policies are clearly understood and followed by production teams
- Verify product conformity through inspections aligned with technical documentation, work orders, and customer requirements
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance across production activities
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Production to identify issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Provide quality and non-conformity data to production teams when required
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs by analyzing defects, scrap, and non-quality costs
- Support production during the launch of new prototypes
- Create and manage PPAP documentation for customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned
