For this purpose, the company selects & recruits within the Quality Office: Quality Specialists/Quality Analyst. Job description:
• Managing the internal customer/supplier complaints database;
• Customer portal management;
• Opening and managing complaints in SAP, following customer complaints and publishing in the organization;
• Convening the team for analysis following customer complaints;
• Recording the 5 Why / Ishikawa analysis;
• Elaboration of 8D Report and sending to the client;
• Follow-up on closing actions following complaints;
• Performing qualitative reception for components;
• Opening SAP supplier complaints for problems caused by the supplier and tracking the closure of 8D Supplier Report;
• Reporting customer/supplier complaints to the team;
• performing product audit;
• Customer satisfaction tracking.
• Participate in both client and system audits
• Participate in internal audits
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures;
- Monitoring and analyzing process performance to identify non-conformities;
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve quality issues;
- Organizing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards;
- Proposing continuous improvements to optimize processes and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- Requirements:
- • English language mandatory, German is an advantage;
- • knowledge of Problem Solving (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D Report);
- • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- • SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- • knowledge of APQP&CP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC is an advantage;
- • knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
