Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an organized, technical and responsible colleague, with experience in bidding, production launches and order tracking, who is very familiar with the Orgadata LogiKal and/or SchüCal programs.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
– Preparing commercial offers in Orgadata LogiKal / SchüCal- Interpreting requests for quotations, plans and technical specifications- Correctly calculating costs for aluminum carpentry, accessories, glass and assembly- Entering orders and transforming approved offers into firm orders- Releasing orders to production- Generating cutting lists, accessories and technical documentation- Tracking orders until delivery- Permanent collaboration with sales, technical, purchasing and production- Checking deadlines and prioritizing works
Mandatory requirements:
– Experience in the field of aluminum carpentry- Experience in technical-commercial bidding- Good or advanced knowledge of Orgadata LogiKal- Experience in SchüCal is a major advantage- Technical knowledge of aluminum profiles, hardware, glass and facade systems- Attention to detail and logical thinking- Seriousness and good organizational skills
