- Experience in a similar reception or customer relations role (an advantage)
- Very good communication and public relations skills
- Positive, presentable and customer-oriented attitude
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- PC operating skills (Word, email, Excel – basic/intermediate level)
- English language – intermediate or advanced level
- Knowledge of hotel operations program (OPERA PMS) – an advantage
Job Description
- Ensuring the check-in and check-out process of guests, in accordance with company procedures and standards
- Managing reservations and updating them in the hotel management system / reception
- Providing complete information to guests regarding available services, location facilities and their schedule
- Taking and managing guest requests, ensuring their prompt and efficient resolution
- Collecting payments for the services provided and issuing related fiscal documents
- Maintaining efficient communication with internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, management) for the smooth running of the activity
- Managing telephone calls and electronic correspondence related to the reception
- Monitoring and updating the status of rooms / spaces in the internal system
- Ensuring a professional and pleasant experience for guests, respecting the company’s service standards
