Job Description
- – specific reception activities
- – check-in, check-out, customer billing, providing information to guests, resolving complaints/feedback
- – offering accommodation services according to the sales policy
- – checking reservations, night audit procedures- active participation in department meetings
- – communicating with all hotel departments- other specific reception operations
Benefits:
– permanent employment contract- the net salary is 4300 lei for people who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. The salary is composed of a fixed part and a voucher card (3500 lei net + 800 lei vouchers). The minimum experience criterion is mandatory for qualifying for an interview. For candidates with less than 2 years of experience in a similar position, the salary in the first 3 months is 4000 lei (fixed part + voucher card).
