📌 Job & Responsibilities – Receptionist
- • Welcoming customers and providing a pleasant experience from the moment they enter
- • Presenting services, packages and park regulations• Managing reservations and organizing the reception
- • Collecting payments and operating the cash register / POS
- • Providing access cards and verifying access to the park
- • Answering customer questions and resolving situations that arise in a calm and professional manner
- • Maintaining a clean and organized reception image
- • Efficiently collaborating with the rest of the team for the smooth running of the activity
- • Managing phone calls and messages related to reservations or events
- • Ensuring a premium and friendly atmosphere for children and parents
