Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an IT Products and Services Sales Manager, with experience in B2B sales, focused on developing commercial relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Professional experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in a technical industry (IT, technology, consumables, services).
- Previous experience in managing a client portfolio and generating new business
- Interest in technology: the ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the technology field and be eager to quickly learn about the IT products and solutions offered.
- Negotiation and communication skills: Excellent negotiation skills, ability to persuade and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Technical skills (nice to have): Previous IT experience is not required, but is a plus.
- The candidate must show willingness for technical learning.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Building a portfolio of new clients (Business Development): Identifying and attracting new B2B clients, with a focus on Prahova, Buzău, Dâmbovița, Ilfov and Brașov counties.
- A key component of the role will be generating new business opportunities and selling IT solutions.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients (Account Management):
- Selling IT products and services: Promoting and selling products and services from the company’s catalog (IT infrastructure, software solutions, hardware, network services and technical support), including solutions offered by renowned providers such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco, Fortinet, Zebra and Synology.
- Customer Consulting: Providing solutions tailored to customer needs, proposing customized service packages that include hardware maintenance, software installations, technical support and IT security solutions.
