The ideal candidate for the
Senior Architect position:
- Completed higher education in the field of architecture – mandatory;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural projects;
- Relevant experience in developing urban planning documentation such as PUG and PUZ – mandatory;
- Experience in managing architectural projects, from the concept phase to the authorization phase;
- Collaboration through PFA or SRL with physical presence at the office;
- Advanced working knowledge of CAD/BIM design programs: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or other similar programs;
- Knowledge of specific legislation in the field of construction, urban planning and work authorization;
- Ability to coordinate and correlate documentation with other specialties involved in the project;
- Advanced knowledge of operating programs from the Microsoft Office package;
- Very good organizational, communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of English at a conversational level is an advantage;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and results-oriented person;
- Category B driving license.

- Development and coordination of architectural projects, from the concept phase to the authorization phase;
- Preparation of technical documentation specific to the design phases: concept, feasibility study, DTAC and other documentation necessary for authorization;
- Participation in the development of urban planning documentation such as PUG and PUZ;
- Analyzing the design theme and taking the necessary data from the field;
- Developing architectural solutions in accordance with the design theme, urban planning regulations and beneficiary requirements;
- Preparation of written and drawn parts related to architectural projects;
- Coordination and correlation of architectural solutions with the specialties involved in the project: structure, installations, urban planning, systematization, roads, etc.;
- Liaising with beneficiaries, consultants, specialist designers, authorities and institutions involved in the approval/authorisation process;
- Monitoring compliance with quality requirements, deadlines and technical solutions established within the projects;
- Participation in design, coordination and technical analysis meetings;
- Ensuring compliance of documentation with applicable legislation and urban planning requirements;
- Supporting the process of obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations;
- Participation, as appropriate, in field visits and meetings with beneficiaries or authorities;
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by the company management and the head of department;
- Assumption of architectural solutions adopted in projects and their correlation with the other disciplines involved.
