We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, operate, and scale high-availability, high-traffic production platforms. This role is focused on building reliable infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth operation of complex distributed systems.
What we are looking for:
– Strong Linux skills
– Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
– Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, load‑balancing)
– Experience with HAProxy or similar reverse proxies
– Experience with Redis and relational databases
– Ability to debug complex distributed systems
– Experience with stress testing high-load e-commerce systems & analyzing the results of the stress-testing
Job Description
You will work on modern on‑prem and hybrid platforms using containerization, orchestration, traffic management, and observability tools.
What you will do:
– Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters
– Operate and optimize high‑availability production systems
– Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
– Build and improve traffic routing, load‑balancing and failover mechanisms
– Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
– Improve observability using metrics, logs and alerts
– Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response
– Plan and execute zero‑downtime deployments and upgrades
Technologies and platforms:
– Linux (bare metal and virtualized environments)
– Docker and Kubernetes
– HAProxy and L7 traffic management
– Redis (HA / Sentinel setups)
– ELK Stack
– PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server
– Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack
– Git-based CI/CD pipelines
– Argo Rollouts or similar deployment strategies
– MiniO or similar S3-compatible storages
Nice to have:
– Experience with Elasticsearch at scale
– Prometheus and Grafana
– GitOps or Argo Rollouts
– High‑traffic or mission‑critical systems
– Experience with GO & Lua/Redis programming language
– NIS2, PCI DSS experience
