  1. Personnel administration
  • Drafting employment documents, modification and termination of employment relationships: employment contracts, addenda, various decisions
  • Preparation of seniority and employee certificates
  • Operation in Reges of all hiring, modifications and terminations
  • Document management in electronic personnel files
  • Maintain relationship with ITM 
  • Maintains relationships with occupational health service providers
  • Scheduling occupational health exams
  • Periodic verification of the validity dates of the aptitude certificates,
  • Maintain the relationship with the occupational health and safety service provider
  • Maintain the relationship with the hygiene course service provider
  • Identifying new suppliers in cities where restaurants are opening
  • Enrolling employees in courses and exams
  • Periodic verification of the validity dates of hygiene certificates and approvals
  1. Salary calculation
  • Checking timesheets prepared by project managers and entering information into the payroll program
  • Preparing lists of net salaries to be paid to employees
  • Evidence of situations with salary deductions (withholdings)
  • Records of vacation leaves taken by employees
  • Preparation of payment orders / table with the monthly contributions situation
  • Preparing the monthly D112 ensures the successful submission of the declaration and resolves any errors.
  • Completing medical leave certificates and preparing the necessary documents for recovering FNUASS amounts
  • Preparing various situations, salary calculation simulations, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources administration and payroll calculation
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and payroll principles;
  • English language – intermediate level
  • Rigor in execution, focus on finding solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a team
