Job Description

• – Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• – Handle inbound/outbound calls with clients in English and Hungarian
• – Accurately document client information and case details in real time
• – Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during calls
• – Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• – Understand the customer’s needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone/e-mail .
