In this position, the main responsibilities will be:
- taking over by phone, e-mail, or through other specific systems, customer reports regarding problems, incidents, and failures occurring in the network
- providing remote technical support in accordance with the established service agreement (SLA)
- investigating and resolving reported incidents within the limits of established competencies
- maintaining contact with the customer and with the other parties involved in resolving the incident until it is resolved
- providing technical support for field operators
- monitoring and reporting reported incidents and problems, proposing medium and long-term solutions
- contributing to the verification and updating of documentation regarding technical solutions and work procedures
