Requirements:
- Higher education in veterinary medicine
- Knowledge and skills in sales techniques
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of operating MS Office suite
- Availability of travel in the assigned area
- Very good communication skills, a customer-oriented and results-oriented attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit, good organization and desire for continuous development
- The main objective of this role is to promote the company’s products and services, providing solutions and technical support to customers, and to contribute to increasing sales and strengthening the company’s position in the market.
Job description
Responsibilities include the following activities :
- Identify veterinarians (legal entities) in the assigned area and their needs, propose solutions (products, portfolio services and specialized consulting) to solve problems
- You know Dona’s product and service portfolio very well and communicate it in a relevant way to veterinarians in your area of responsibility
- Build and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with all existing clients in the area by maintaining continuous and efficient communication with them
- Efficiently manage the activity in the assigned area in order to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Prospect and know the market in order to develop the allocated area
- Provide support in the implementation of marketing and educational actions (events, promotions, competitions, workshops, presentations)
- Report periodically on specific activity
- Support and participate in Dona innovation projects aimed at developing new solutions in the market
