We are looking for a Bartender-Waiter for the Wine Bar, a communicative and detail-oriented person who will ensure both the preparation and serving of drinks, providing a pleasant experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- preparation of drinks (wines, cocktails, hot and non-alcoholic drinks);
- serving drinks at the bar and at the tables;
- direct interaction with guests and drink recommendations;
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area;
- compliance with hygiene and quality standards;
- collaboration with the serving and kitchen team.
Requirements:
- previous experience as a bartender and/or waiter
- basic knowledge of wines and cocktails;
- positive attitude, good communication and customer orientation;
- seriousness, responsibility and attention to detail;
- English – conversational level.
