Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material distribution.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff while promoting a safe, productive, and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, freight companies, and transport partners.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect incoming materials to verify quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare inventory reports, logistics performance reports, and delivery status updates.
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Construction teams to prevent material shortages and support uninterrupted project execution.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and internal company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics efficiency. These responsibilities align with industry best practices for warehouse leadership in large-scale construction and renewable energy projects.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Previous experience within the construction, engineering, or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage warehouse teams and large-scale logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Grăniceri, Arad.
